Classroom Coordinator

Requirements/Duties
The Classroom Coordinator is responsible for the daily flow, staffing, and coverage of classrooms at The Sandbox. The primary focus of this role is building efficient staff schedules, securing cost-effective coverage for absences, and stepping into classrooms directly as a primary floating substitute. Additionally, this role maintains full compliance with North Carolina Childcare regulations, assists with essential afternoon closing routines, and supports kitchen and facility operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience in a licensed North Carolina childcare facility (familiarity with NC Childcare Rules and sanitation regulations required)
Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills
Flexibility to seamlessly transition from administrative planning to direct hands-on classroom teaching
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Pay/Hourly Wage
Depends on experience and education
