Assistant Program Coordinator


27.5 hours, split shift, 6:00-8:00 am, 2:30-6:00 pm


Assistant Program Coordinators (APC) are responsible for supervising a group of school-age children, as well as acting as the manager of the site when the Program Coordinator is off campus. The Assistant Program Coordinator duties include, maintaining correct attendance and snack paperwork, organizing and managing centers, toys, and materials, serving snack, and maintaining the cleanliness of the site. Additional duties include supporting students and parents as required to ensure an effective childcare / family partnership.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with elementary school age children (preferred) Basic School Age Care training, required within 3 months of hire date First Aid / CPR training, required within 6 weeks of hire date
